Materials and methods: Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional, nonprobabilistic study for convenience. August to October 2023 at the Universidad del Pacífico Asunción campus. It was found that 65% of the participants have a high level of knowledge about contraceptive methods. In relation to classification, forms of use, and side effects, the knowledge in students is high, however, medium levels of knowledge were found regarding failure rates and use and choice.
