Abstract

Introduction: This research raises the importance of Emotional Intelligence in the workplace and how it can affect the
performance of employees of a commercial company in the city of Capiatá. Objective: To analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on the job performance of employees in a commercial company in Capiatá, 2024.
Methodology: Mixed, descriptive research approach, With a Sample of 14, Population 20 Collaborators, through virtual survey. Results: It was determined in this research that the management of emotional intelligence greatly influences the majority of the
company's employees in terms of their performance and productivity. Demonstrating that they are motivated and showing more results when they carry out their tasks. Conclusion: The conditions that must be inquired for the execution of the work are various but the management of Emotional Intelligence in collaborators is something fundamental today, and with The results obtained can show how they have better performance in their activities, which is beneficial for the company and the collaborator, that is; Emotional intelligence is essential to develop motivation, impulse control, regulation of moods, and relating to
others is a task that we must learn and apply in our lives.
